A booking your assistant can understand
Compatible assistants can read the apartment facts, check dates and return a quote with a direct booking link. Support depends on each assistant’s tools and permissions; this does not imply an official integration with any particular provider.
Available: property facts, quotes and booking links. Before payment, the guest must confirm direct-booking cancellation terms with Corner28. Autonomous checkout creation through the API is disabled until those terms are published.
Booking workflow
- Read the property facts and occupancy limits.
- Query dates, guest count and current price through quote_stay or POST /api/agent/quote.
- Show the guest the total, deposit, remaining balance and terms.
- Use bookingUrl to continue on the website. If checkoutEnabled is true and the guest approves, create a Stripe link with an idempotency key.
- The guest authorizes payment. Verify status: only confirmed means a confirmed booking.
Connect tools
MCP server using Streamable HTTP. No credentials needed for public information. Configure it in a client that supports remote MCP servers.

Use YYYY-MM-DD dates, Europe/Madrid time and exclusive checkout dates. Amounts are integer EUR cents. Quotes do not hold dates. Reuse the same key and body after a timeout; keep the key private. Never send card details. Service failures mean unknown availability. Do not infer policies or claim unverified confirmations.
